The founding team has over 10 years’ experience in online language teaching service.
HOW IT WORKS?
Classes are conducted on a web meeting platform called Zoom. One to one or one to multiple Audio or Video chat, screen sharing are the functions used by teachers.
CLASS LENGTH & SIZE?
30 minutes or 60 minutes per lesson, One to One or Small group class, for the group class, 3 students max.
WHAT TO TEACH?
We provide our teachers with teaching Materials. We use a six-level ESL/EFL course with full lesson plans as textbooks, Phonics courses and some picture book reading courses.
STUDENTS LEVEL
Students are aged from 6-12, beginner or intermediate level. Our aims are to improve on vocabulary, sentence structures, basic grammar, reading, and English fluency.
HOW WE PAY
We pay US$20-25 an hour for teachers who have 1-2 years previous online teaching experience. Pay increases depending on the Teacher and feedback from students and their parents. Monthly payment is done through PayPal account.
WHEN TO WORK?
Weekdays: 5 p.m.-9 p.m. (GMT+8 Beijing time)
Weekends 8 a.m. – 8 p.m. (GMT+8 Beijing time)
WE HAVE A 48 HOUR CANCELATION POLICY. STUDENTS HAVE 48 HOURS TO CANCEL IF THEY DONT THE TEACHER GETS PAID FOR THE SHORT NOTICE.
